US law firm is seeking US admitted Corporate associates with experience in corporate to join the China Corporate group.
The hiriing partner is widely recognised as one of Asia’s pre-eminent corporate attorneys. The partner has advised companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions involving IPOs as well as other equity, convertible bonds and debt securities, late-stage private placements, PIPE transactions, strategic investments, MBOs, regulatory compliance and public company representations.
- The candidate should be US qualified
- Chinese Language skills are essential
- Candidates from peer firms only
- Candiates that have a PhD/M.S. in Biology or experience or studies in biochemistry would be beneficial for these roles
- Open to be based in Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai
- International candidates are welcomed to apply and will re located from the US or London markets
