Are you interested in moving into legal consulting? Our client is looking for a mid to senior level lawyer in either Hong Kong or Singapore with strong transactional legal experience in structured products and structured financing that is looking to do contract work on a regular basis.
You will be working with a top tier international firm to assist its team of lawyers as well as their clients on a range of structured finance and deivatives transactions.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years legal experience working on structured finance and derivatives transactions including with a top tier firm.
- In house experience is a plus.
- Comfortable being seconded in house to different clients on short-term and longer-term projects.
