Singapore law firm Oon & Bazul has added corporate specialist Ng Yi Wayn as a partner from local rival RHTLaw.

Ng, who spent more the eight years at RHT, focuses on M&A and divestments. She advises clients on domestic and cross-border disposal and acquisitions of shares and assets, divestitures, and  takeovers and restructuring.

This is Oon & Bazul’s second partner hire in recent months. In July, the firm welcomed restructuring specialist Keith Han from Cavenagh Law. With Ng’s hire, Oon & Bazul now has 13 partners.
