Hong Kong boutique Hugill & Ip has added disputes specialist Fiona Chan as a partner from fellow city firm Boase Cohen & Collins.
Chan advises on civil and commercial litigation, family law, wills, probate and contentious and non-contentious estate administration, among other matters. She had been with Boase Cohen since 2005.
Hugill & Ip, which was established in 2018, now has seven partners.
Disputes lawyer Milly Yuk Kwan Hung has joined Hong Kong law firm Hastings & Co. as a partner and head of its employment practice. She was most recently at Stevenson, Wong & Co, where she held a similar role.
