Rajah & Tann Technologies (RTTech), a unit of Singapore Big Four firm Rajah & Tann, has joined with cybersecurity service provider Resolvo Systems to establish a platform called Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity (RTCyber).

RTCyber said it will be the first provider to integrate legal and cybersecurity expertise under one roof, helping clients mitigate against cyberattacks, minimise disruptions from a security breach, and effectively deal with a breach incident.

Steve Tan, director of RTTech, said cybersecurity is one of a suite of six services – including legal tech, e-discovery and digital forensics, data breach readiness and responses, contract management and academy – that RTTech seeks to offer clients. “The pandemic has accelerated our clients’ reliance on digital data. As their transformation partner, we see ourselves providing them with a much-needed service at this most dire of times,” he said.

RTTech was launched in 2018 to provide tech-enabled solutions to clients. In the same year, RTTech acquired Legal Comet, a local legal technology advisory firm that focuses on e-discovery.
