Aditi Jha, Board Member, Country Head: Legal & Government Affairs, LinkedIn India

Aditi Jha is a Board Member & Country Head: Legal & Government Affairs and a member of the leadership team at LinkedIn India. In her role, she leads the legal and government relations function helping to attain LinkedIn’s vision of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Aditi works with LinkedIn’s data scientists and economists to leverage data from LinkedIn’s Economic Graph to shape and inform skills and workforce development policies.

Prior to LinkedIn, Aditi has worked at one of India's leading law firms Nishith Desai Associates and at Indian & multi-national companies - ITC Limited & Johnson & Johnson.

Aditi earned her LL. B (Hons.) at NUJS, and her LL.M. from Stanford Law School, Stanford University, USA. She holds a full-time certificate course in innovation from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business & the Hasso Plattner School of Design.

Dr. Suresh Kalarikkal, Director & Head of Legal, Thoughtworks India

With over two decades of experience, Suresh Kalarikkal, an accomplished inhouse Tech Lawyer, leads in corporate legal and governance, excelling in high-value technology deals. An expert in technology contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and IT laws, he's currently the Board Member and Head of Legal at Thoughtworks India and Middle East. Previously, Suresh held key legal positions at major corporations like General Electric (GE) and American Express. Passionate about emerging technologies and its legal aspects, travel, environmental issues, and philosophy, he's a prolific contributor to academic and general publications and has a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Corporate Law.

Kriti Tannan , Senior Director – Legal, JLL

Kriti Tannan, works as Senior Director – Legal at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), India, a NYSE listed property consultancy firm. Based in India, she heads legal support for JLL’s Work Dynamics business in West Asia that provides services addressing full real estate life cycle for corporate occupiers.

She is a senior legal professional with corporate experience of about 15 years having worked in both private practice and in-house. Prior to joining JLL, she worked at IndusLaw with key focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and corporate and commercial law advisory.

She graduated from University Law College Bangalore and holds master’s degree from National Law School of India University Bangalore and also completed leadership development program with Harvard Business School.

 

Meenal Maheshwari, Group General Counsel, Angle One

Meenal is currently the Group Legal Director for LemmaTree, Temasek which is the tech venture building arm of Temasek. She started her law practice at leading law firm Khaitan & Co, Mumbai. Through her career, she has also been an arguing counsel at the Bombay High Court and has spent the last 8+ years as an in-house counsel and is committed to legal strategy.

Meenal has been a merit Holder (list of top 10 students), for 4 years out of 5, amongst the successful candidates of 22 law schools housed in Pune University. She is a certified global privacy & data protection professional who has been awarded the prestigious Chevening fellowship n Cyber-Security by the UK government. She has been recognized as the top 50 GCs by Forbes and has also been featured as the top woman Chief Legal Officers by Women Entrepreneur.

A marathoner and a yoga practitioner, passionate about women empowerment, she is also a strong force spreading awareness for combating climate change issues. In addition, she enjoys traveling and relishes time with her seven-year-old.

Panduranga Acharya, General Counsel, Kiranakart Technologies Private Limited (Zepto) 

Panduranga Acharya is a seasoned General Counsel with a proven ability to drive business growth. His/her deep understanding of customer-facing industries and complex regulatory environments (including TRAI, RBI, FSSAI, ROC) is instrumental in developing and implementing effective organizational strategies. With a successful track record in high-stakes litigation, Panduranga offers strategic counsel and contributes meaningfully to business decision-making.

Pujarini Guha Maulik, SVP Legal and Head of Privacy, InMobi Group

With 20+ years of experience as an in-house counsel, I am currently engaged with InMobi as Senior Vice President-Legal & Privacy heading a team of 22+ in-house lawyers and privacy practitioners. InMobi is present in about 13+ countries with business in 100+ countries and I oversee the legal and privacy portfolios across the board. My exposure in InMobi has been diverse starting from setting up a team from scratch to establishing robust processes towards Corporate Governance. Currently, I am the presiding member of its Privacy Committee (CIPM certified). Prior to InMobi, I was with Infosys and DRL.

Prashanth Varadarajan, Regional Legal Counsel – India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, HP Inc., India

Prashanth Varadarajan is the Region Counsel for HP Inc. supporting HP’s business in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He is an experienced corporate counsel having almost 14 years of intense, extensive experience advising multinational business and support teams in the corporate legal sphere.

Prashanth is a proven business enabler who dovetails the regulatory expectations with the interests of the business in business maximization. He has rich experience in advising executive leaderships on corporate legal advisory, handing highly strategic and critical transactions and deals support, commercial contracts management and negotiations, regulatory reporting (domestic and international), regulatory compliance, investigations, IPR, Public Policy analysis and advise, operational legal advisory, data protection and privacy laws, employment and real estate laws, competition & anti-trust laws, consumer disputes, arbitration and litigation management.

Prior to HP, Prashanth has worked in leading financial institutions in India like MetLife India and Max Life Insurance in various capacities as an in-house counsel. He is a gold medalist in law from Amity Law School, India and holds a master’s degree in international Commercial and Corporate Laws from the University of London International Program. He is based out of New Delhi, India.

Ramachandra Kulkarni, Lead Patents, Tata Consultancy Services

Ramachandra Kulkarni has over 18 years’ experience in the IP industry. He is a Lead-Patents at Tata Consultancy Services Limited. His areas of expertise include patent drafting and prosecution, litigation support services, patent searching & analytics relating to due diligence, freedom to operate, and patentability searches. Prior to joining TCS, Ramachandra was the General Manager Operations at an IP Strategy and Consulting firm, where he was head of the firm's ICT patent practice and played a key role in expanding the firm's Electronics and Software patent practice.

He has previously worked at a US patent law firm RAPC (recognized as the largest trademark law firm in the world. Ramachandra holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has completed an advanced course on Embedded Systems.

At TCS, he is associated with IPnE Filing and Response Services Group and his responsibilities include engaging with inventing community and helping them mine and protect TCS IP.

Sameer Chugh, Chief Legal Officer at Games24x7

Sameer Chugh brings over 27 years of distinguished experience to current role as Chief Legal Officer at Games24x7, where he oversees the company’s legal, compliance, and governance strategies.
