India’s HSA Advocates has brought real estate expert Amaresh Kumar Singh on board as a partner in Delhi from L&L Partners, the most recent lateral partner hire in a 12-month blitz for the firm.

Since losing more than 20 lawyers in 2019, mainly to DSK Legal and Indus Law, HSA has been rapidly replenishing its ranks. Prior to Singh, its most recent addition was Sunando Mukherjee – also in Delhi – who joined as a partner from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

With more than 25 years of experience, Singh specialises on real estate and civil and commercial litigation with particular focus on comprehensive title verification and due diligence matters. He also advises financial institutions on regulatory work.
