Shukla has over 16 years of experience in real estate litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters. He has advised developers on complex legal matters across the real estate spectrum, and also has experience with regulatory and commercial disputes.

“Samit has deep knowledge of the real estate sector and a diverse practice portfolio encompassing regulatory and commercial disputes. He will complement our market-leading real estate and disputes practices and add immense value to several complex client situations,” said managing partners Sridhar Gorthi and Nishant Parikh jointly in a statement.
