Sidley Austin has welcomed back finance specialist Olivia Ngan as a partner in the firm’s China corporate and finance practice in Hong Kong. Ngan joins from Linklaters, where she was a counsel.

Ngan previously worked with Sidley for seven years before joining Linklaters in August 2019. She has also worked with UK law firms Fieldfisher and TLT.

With experience in areas such as cross-border structured acquisitions, real estate, equity margin financing, and general corporate lending focusing on mainland China-related transactions, Ngan’s client list includes real estate companies, corporate borrowers and asset managers.
