India’s IndusLaw has recruited finance specialist Siddharth Manchanda as a partner in Mumbai from local boutique Algo Legal.

This is IndusLaw’s fifth lateral hire this year, after adding partners Shabbeer Ahmed from Kochhar & Co, Mayank Mishra from J Sagar Associates, Manish Gupta from Link Legal and Rashi Saraf from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Manchanda, whose practice focuses on cross-border venture capital and private equity investments, advises clients on corporate restructuring and acquisitions, structured finance and compliance.

Manchanda began his career with Bharucha & Partners. With his appointment, IndusLaw now has 10 partners in Mumbai.
