Seoul-headquartered Yulchon has recruited YongSang Kim to co-head its international dispute resolution team from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was that firm’s office co-representative in the Korean capital.

Kim’s practice includes antitrust, anti-corruption, and white-collar criminal defence. He has represented the Republic of Korea in its first treaty-based investor-state dispute before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Kim was a counsel at U.S. firm Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer’s Washington D.C. office.
