appointmentsIndian law firm Argus Partners has strengthened its corporate practice with the hire of Gaurav Singhi who joins as a partner in Mumbai from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

A specialist in private equity, M&A and venture capital investments, Singhi has worked with firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, J Sagar Associates, Wadia Ghandy & Co., Phoenix Legal and Trilegal.

With Singhi’s hire, the firm now has 19 partners.
