Paul Hastings has hired corporate expert Iksoo Kim as a partner in its securities and capital markets group in Seoul from Greenberg Traurig.

Kim focuses on cross-border capital markets, M&A, private equity transactions,  IPOs and securities offerings. Prior to joining Greenberg Taurig, he was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and before that, an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

With Kim’s hire, Paul Hastings now has three partners in Seoul.
