Singapore’s BlackOak has hired restructuring and insolvency specialist Debby Lim as a director from local firm Shook Lin & Bok, where she was an equity partner.

Lim focuses on commercial and insolvency-related disputes, and domestic and cross-border arbitration. She spent more than a decade at Shook Lin, prior to which she was at TSMP Law Corporation and Tan Kok Quan Partnership.
