South Korean law firm Yoon & Yang has hired Cholsoo Han, the former secretary general of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), as a senior advisor to its antitrust practice in Seoul.

An antitrust veteran, Han served at the KFTC from 1995 and was the secretary general from 2011 to 2014.

“Mr. Han will further strengthen our antitrust practice internationally and his arrival will bring a tremendous expertise to the firm,” said Seung Soon Lim, Y&Y’s senior managing partner, in a statement.
