Partner Anu Tiwari has left AZB & Partners to rejoin Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai.

Tiwari advises on  capital raising, commercial agreements, regulatory, transactional, fintech, securities, and activism matters. He represents fintech, banking, broker-dealer, exchange, asset management, speciality finance and information and emerging technology companies.

Tiwari first joined the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co in 2007. In 2016, he moved from CAM, where he was a partner, to AZB.
