Fareez is currently the Head of the Group Corporate Affairs Division of Prolintas Group encapsulating all legal, company secretarial, compliance as well as corporate strategy matters. Fareez has more than 15 years of experience in industries ranging from media, retail as well as property and infrastructure development. Fareez loves applying his wide-ranging experience to help companies establish sustainable systems and policies in respect of Environment Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and Human Capital development frameworks that facilitate both individual and organizational growth.

Jaroslaw Jankowski, General Counsel APAC & Korea Branch Manager, Siemens Logistics

Jaroslaw assumed the role of in-house legal counsel at Siemens Corporation in 2013 after gaining eight years of experience at prestigious international law firms in Amsterdam and Warsaw. Since 2015, he has been based in Asia and is responsible all legal, regulatory and corporate affairs for Siemens Logistics, encompassing e-commerce, airports and cargo sectors. Jaroslaw has taken on both legal and business responsibilities in ASEAN and played a key role in developing Siemens Logistics' business in Malaysia acting as Managing Director of Malaysia Branch for 5 years. Currently stationed in Seoul, Jaroslaw serves as Korea Branch Manager, overseeing local operations. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of the Siemens Logistics' endeavors in APAC.

Lee Eng Yeow, Chief Corporate Counsel, Chevron Malaysia Limited

Lee Eng Yeow is the Chief Corporate Counsel at Chevron Malaysia Limited, with a rich background in corporate legal advisory. He has both in-house and practicing experience in corporate transactions and advisories in South East Asia (Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand), including, cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, due diligence exercises, foreign direct investments, joint ventures/ shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, securities laws and exchange control regulations. Lee is polyglot and can speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and multiple Chinese dialects fluently.

Nik Azli Abu Zahar, Group General Counsel, Telekom Malaysia

Nik Azli has extensive experience as an in-house legal counsel, where he has been part of the leadership team of several prominent organisations. Prior to joining TM, Nik Azli held several pivotal positions at companies such as Sapura Energy Berhad and Malaysia Airlines Berhad with notable and commendable achievements. Whilst practising law, he was one of the advisers for several multinational companies in commercial transactions and energy and utility projects, including overseas transactions and projects spanning from China to the Middle East. He was also one of the recipients of the Energy and Resources In-House Legal Team Award at the prestigious Asia Legal Business (ALB) Malaysia Law Awards in 2015. Last year, he was recognised and enlisted in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Malaysia 2023.

Ooi Hui Yi, Legal Director, Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Ooi Hui Yi is an esteemed Legal Director at Mamee-Double Decker and a distinguished figure in the legal domain. Recognised by The Legal 500 GC Powerlist 2023 for her exemplary contributions to the Food & Beverage sector, she leads her team with a dynamic approach to in-house legal operations. With a keen focus on innovation, Ms. Ooi's expertise extends to labor law, corporate exercises, dispute resolution and intellectual.

Vernon Jude Samuel, General Manager – General Counsel, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd

In his capacity as the General Counsel, he oversees the legal and compliance matters concerning Mercedes-Benz vehicle retail and assembly operations in Malaysia, as well as parts distribution for the Regional Logistics Centre.
