White & Case and Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor have advised Thai telecom group Jasmine International PCL on its raising of 36.7 billion baht ($1.13 billion) through the initial public offering (IPO) of its Internet fund.

Clifford Chance advised BBL Asset Management Company Limited (BBLAM), the fund manager, with Shearman & Sterling and Allen & Overy representing the underwriters Bualuang Securities and Morgan Stanley.

The IPO puts the value of the fund at $1.7 billion, making it Thailand’s biggest IPO since December 2013. The fund began trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Feb. 16.

The Clifford Chance team was led by partner Crawford Brickley.
