  Deputy Director 副主任

  Dennis CAI is currently the Deputy Director of AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO-HKRAC). He held positions of Deputy Chief Operation Officer of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM) from 2020 to 2021 and Assistant Secretary-General and other positions of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) from 2004 to 2016. 
  Dennis holds LLM in WTO Laws and MA in Arbitration, and he is an active advocator for arbitration and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) since early 2000.  He is listed as panel for domain name, e-Commerce and IP matters for ADNDRC, AIAC, HKIAC, and CIETAC.

  蔡伟平现任亚非法协香港区域仲裁中心（AALCO-HKRAC）的副主任。在2020年至2021年，担任一邦国际网上争议解决中心（eBRAM）副首席运营总裁；在2004年至2016年，担任香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）助理秘书长和其他职位。蔡先生拥有世界贸易法法学硕士和仲裁及争议解决文学硕士学位，自2000年以来，蔡先生一直积极推广仲裁和网上争议解决（ODR）获得更广泛应用。蔡先生也是ADNDRC、AIAC、HKIAC和CIETAC等机构的知识产权域名在册专家。

  Li Mingwen 李明文

  Mr. Li Mingwen is a senior partner at Allbright Law Offices. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.   Long Fei 龙非

  Mr. Long Fei has a PhD in Law from Renmin University of China and has 16 years of legal experience in judicial trials, government legal system of ministries and central enterprises legal affairs. He worked in the administrative division of an intermediate people's court in Beijing. He was the head of the legal department of a central financial enterprise and participated in the handling of several large-scale securities civil compensation and administrative settlements of major securities cases. He specializes in handling dispute resolution in major securities, corporate and government regulatory areas. In a securities market manipulation penalty case, he reduced the penalty amount of tens of millions of RMB for the parties concerned through representation and pleading; he represented an enterprise in an administrative penalty reconsideration case against unfair competition, and the penalty decision was eventually reversed in its entirety.

  龙非先生是中国人民大学法学博士，拥有16年司法审判、部委政府法制及央企法务等领域的法律从业经验。龙非先生曾在北京市某中级人民法院行政庭工作，担任副庭长、金融审判团队负责人；曾在最高审判机关、证券监管机关参与行政诉讼法司法解释的起草及证监会法律部复议工作；曾在某中央金融企业担任法务部门负责人。龙非先生擅长处理重大证券、公司及政府监管领域的争议解决，在某操纵证券市场处罚案中，通过陈述申辩，为当事人减少上千万元的处罚金额；代理某企业反不正当竞争行政处罚复议案件，最终处罚决定被全部撤销。

  Ms. TANG Tiejun is a Partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property. Tiejun’s practice focuses on patent litigation. She has abundant experience in litigating complex patent cases.
  Tiejun has represented multinational and domestic Chinese companies, particularly chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, in their patent validity and infringement litigations before the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) and courts of all levels. Many of her cases involve leading edge legal issues in China. Tiejun also litigates other types of technology-related cases, such as patent ownership disputes and trade secret cases.   Bruce Yu 俞则刚

  Bruce Yu is a partner and attorney-at-law of Wanhuida Intellectual Property. Bruce practices in the areas of IP law with a focus on litigating trade secret, OEM-related disputes, as well as trademark, copyright and patent infringement matters. He has in-depth knowledge of China’s IP border protection regime and frequently advises clients on administrative and criminal enforcement, Customs protection, domain name disputes and civil litigation. He used to serve as the lead counsel in quite a few landmark cases including the HONDAKIT case and the PRETUL case, which were selected by the China Supreme Court as one of the Chinese Court’s Top 10 IP Cases in 2019 and 50 Exemplary IP Cases of 2015. In 2023, Bruce obtains favorable court decisions in defending a client in a high-profile unfair competition suit in which the plaintiff claimed damages as high as RMB 100 million.
