Lalit Maheshwari, formerly a deputy inspector of the anti-corruption bureau of the Indian state of Rajasthan, has joined law firm Capstone Legal as the head of its white-collar crime practice. He is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital.

Maheshwari, who was called to the bar in 2019 after serving in the Indian Police Service, specialises in financial crime. In November last year, he became a registered insolvency professional.

Founded in 2012, the disputes-focused Capstone Legal represents clients before various courts and tribunals.
