Our client is a US-headquarted global firm with a strong APAC footprint.  Part of its growth plans for the region includes specific strategic lateral hires including an opportunity for at least one Funds partner to join its practice in Singapore or Hong Kong.

You will be part of an integrated and busy Funds team that advises fund sponsors and investors across the full spectrum of asset classes. 

The team advises both startup and established fund sponsors on the entire private fund lifecycle with a lot of work around fund formation.

You will be joining a full service global law firm with strength in areas such as corporate, IP, Tech, Disputes and Cap Markets.
