Manila-headquartered boutique firm Gulapa Law has opened an office in Cebu City in the Philippines’ Central Visayas Region. The office will operate under the name Gulapa & Ismael.

The Cebu office is being led by resident partner Al-Shwaid Ismael, and currently has four lawyers in total.

Apart from its Manila base, Gulapa Law also has a satellite office in New York City, which opened in 2017, and a representative office in San Francisco, which was launched in 2018.
