Singapore Big Four firm Rajah & Tann has launched a sustainability practice for environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliance in the region.

The announcement comes barely days after the firm’s technology arm, RTTech, launched a platform called Rajah & Tann Cybersecurity (RTCyber) along with cybersecurity service provider Resolvo Systems.

Singapore banking and finance partner Lee Weilin will lead the ESG sustainability practice, supported by partners Kala Anandarajah, Soh Lip San, and Sandy Foo, as well as legal professionals across the Rajah & Tann Asia network.

The team will help clients navigate regulatory and legal considerations for sustainability on issues such as anti-bribery and corruption, business conduct and ethics, corporate governance, environment, health and safety, and green and sustainability-linked loans.
