Fileindi’s notable cases include assisting leading Indonesian beauty company Beautyhaul’s corporate restructuring in relation to the series B funding, audio platform Noice’s group restructuring in relation to its investment, a leading global lubricant company Repsol in an acquisition, and Hainan Rubber Group’s acquisition of Halcyon Group that has 19 latex processing factories in Indonesia. She believes the government’s Guidelines for Respecting Human Rights in the Supply Chain, which she helped develop, have contributed to Japanese companies advancing their human rights efforts but there is a room for improvement.
