Indonesia’s FKNK Law Firm has bolstered its cross-border investment offering with the addition of partner Gladi Febri Argo, who previously was the managing partner at Indonesian boutique WilberForce Argo, a firm he co-founded in 2012.

Argo is FKNK’s second hire this year, following the addition of M&A and private equity specialist Meilisa Husein in March. In July 2023, FKNK hired Raden Aji Wibisono as a partner from learning platform Kuncie, where he was vice president of legal.

Argo has close to two decades of experience advising on cross-border deals in the energy, real estate, banking and finance, and construction sectors.

FKNK now has eight partners and over 24 fee-earners.

Wilberforce Argo, which has a formal alliance with Singapore law firm TJ Cheng Law Corporation, was set up to provide corporate advisory services, specialising in the niche area of broad-based, high-value regional cross-border business and commercial consultancy practice.
