Singapore’s TSMP Law Corporation has hired Raeza Ibrahim as a director in its dispute resolution practice from local boutique Salem Ibrahim, where he was head of commercial dispute resolution.

With experience in Singapore court litigation, international arbitration, mediation and negotiations, Ibrahim specializes in shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, construction matters and white-collar crime cases. He has handled complex financial fraud and corruption matters.

At Salem Ibrahim, Ibrahim also led efforts to improve efficiency through legal tech adoption and process improvements. He previously worked at Drew & Napier and Providence Law Asia.

“Raeza is an excellent advocate,” said Thio Shen Yi, joint managing partner at TSMP, in a LinkedIn post. “Very happy to welcome him to the team, and confident that we will have as much to learn from him as he will have from us.”

His appointment brings TSMP's leadership to 13 partners and 5 directors. They include criminal litigation and investigations head Tania Chin, who joined earlier this year from Credit Suisse.
