Three former senior associates of Vietnam’s Frasers Law Company, as well as the ex-head of Bross & Partners have established a new law firm called Lexcomm Vietnam in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The full-service corporate and commercial law firm will advise on a spectrum of practice areas with a special focus on energy and natural resources, projects and infrastructure, telecoms, banking and finance, debt and equity capital markets, funds management and M&A.

The firm is headed by Pham Ba Linh, previously a senior associate at Frasers Law Company. Joining him from Frasers are fellow former senior associates Nguyen Viet Ha and Luu Xuan Trang.

Meanwhile Luong Van Trung, the former managing partner of Bross & Partners, specialises in capital markets, funds management and dispute resolution.

“We are strategically positioned to assist clients’ businesses with our prominent Vietnamese law offering, and what separates us is a very deep industry knowledge, a long-term strategic business vision and client focus with our ability to handle complex high-value mandates, demonstrating diverse strengths in transactional and contentious matters,” said Linh in a statement.
