Following the association, Taylor Wessing corporate partner Jakob Riemenschneider is relocating from Germany to Hong Kong to head up the new branch, where he will be working closely with Mark Chan, the managing partner of HM Chan.

HM Chan advises on corporate, M&A, capital markets and regulatory and compliance matters.

Last month, RHTLaw announced that it would be merging with Vietnam’s PBC Partners, which was previously a part of the ASEAN Plus Group.
