UK law firm Clyde & Co has hired aviation specialist Terence Liew as a partner in Singapore from Holman Fenwick Willan.

His hire comes at a time when law firms in Singapore have been ramping up their aviation offerings with strategic laterals as the aviation industry rebounds across Asia following the pandemic.

With more than a decade of experience, Liew specialises in regulatory, commercial and uninsured aviation matters. He advises aviation and aerospace clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including regulatory and commercial work. Having started his career at Rajah & Tann in 2010, Liew moved to HFW in 2012.

Liew’s arrival takes the number of Clyde Singapore partners to 15.
