The deadline for responding to the 2024 Employer of Choice survey is on Monday, February 19. This survey is open to all employees of law firms, including non-legal roles, starting from the paralegal level up to the managing partner. It covers various topics such as career opportunities, mentorship programs, and work-life balance.

Responses to this survey will be used to identify the best law firms to work for in each jurisdiction. These firms will be recognized as the "Employer of Choice" and will be featured in the April 2024 issue of ALB.
