CAM, Bakers, A&O, AZB advise on $1 bln sale of Aster’s Gulf business
Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised India’s Aster DM Healthcare on the sale of its Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) business for $1 billion to a consortium led by UAE sovereign-owned private capital firm Fajr Capital and Affinity Holdings, a company held by Aster’s promoters.
CAM, S&R act on Tata Technologies’ planned $366 mln IPO
Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas are advising India’s Tata Technologies on its planned 30.4-billion-rupee ($366 million) initial public offering, with Latham & Watkins and S&R Associates acting for the bookrunning lead managers JM Financial and Citigroup Global Markets India.
CAM adds senior SEBI lawyer to disputes practice in Mumbai
Vasudha Goenka, who was most recently a deputy general manager at India’s securities regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has joined law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a disputes partner in Mumbai, where she will focus on the firm’s contentious securities market practice.
