Hong Kong law firm Swartz, Binnersley & Associates has closed down after about three years of operation, with its two founders, Kristi Swartz and Nigel Binnersley, moving to DLA Piper and Hauzen respectively.

Kristi Swartz, the managing partner of the legacy Bryan Cave’s Hong Kong office, and partner Nigel Binnersley have left the recently merged Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP), a spokesperson for the firm confirmed.
