Our client is a top International Investment Bank seeking to appoint a lawyer with strong employment law experience to their Hong Kong legal team. As a member of their global employment law team, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of employment-related matters including reviewing and advising on employment documentation, employment law developments throughout the region, employment related aspects of corporate activity and the roll out of international policies and initiatives.

Interested candidates should have at least 5 years employment lawyer (either contentious or non-contentious) training with a top international law firm and/or some in-house experience. Excellent communication skills and strong drafting ability are necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a commercial role in-house advising on many diverse employment and staffing issues.
