Top quality corporate associate required to join this established corporate practice in Beijing. You will advise local and global clients conducting business in and out of North Asia on corporate M&A and foreign direct investment work.
Tier 1 work within a team that is known for being supportive and collegiate.
This role would suit an associate who is seeking long term career prospects, increased responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with leading partners and clients on a day to day basis.
The Right Candidate
- 1-5 years’ post qualification experience
Experience in some of the following areas:
- Mainstream Corporate and Corporate M&A in China - essential
- FDI - essential
- Candidates with exposure to Private Equity and Cap Mkts looked upon favourably
- Candidates with some years’ experience of international law firm looked upon favourably
- Self-confident, proactive, pragmatic approach to tasks and projects
- Effectively Bi-lingual (English & Mandarin)
- PRC bar preference essential.
- Candidates with additional bar qualification looked upon favourably.
This is a Beijing based role but candidates from the US, HK, PRC, Singapore or across Asia are welcome to apply if open to relocation.
