Tier 1 international requires senior practitioner to lead their regulatory and investigations practice. Team moves will also be considered by the partnership.
This opportunity will be attractive to an equity level partner that is established in the regional markets in particular PRC.
Experience: Established equity partner with experience in some of the following areas
- corporate investigations
- anti-corruption
- FCPA
- White Collar
- Compliance & Regulatory
Following: Portability of contacts, significant following and an individual with the capacity to deliver repeat business
Business Development: Able to articulate a sophisticated and well considered approach to developing business and sustaining the practice over time. Can articulate credibly the market opportunity and the opportunity and practice potential. Mentoring of junior members of the team.
International: A cross-border or international focus/element to your practice would be of particular interest. Willingness to travel to source international work is important.
Flexibility: Innovative, able to adapt their approach and practice according to market conditions and the wider economy.
Personal Style: Ability to influence and persuade with a personal style which commands respect at all levels. Collegiate and able to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels as well as external clients and third party providers
This opportunity will suit a partner and/or team based in China with a leading international or PRC firm. US, EW, PRC bar or equivalent common law jurisdictions required.
Location for role can be mainland PRC or Hong Kong.
