The Role
The successful candidate will lead the firm’s Singapore corporate transactional practice
The role will require the successful candidate to have demonstrated leadership experience & qualities as well as the ability to undertake and capitalise on on-going business development activities.
Interested in working in a collegiate and highly successful partnership with real expansion plans
Key Partner Requirements
- Singapore law qualified with England & Wales qualification seen as a bonus
- Solid transactional experience in areas such as cross border M&A, SGX, funds formation and regulatory looked upon favourably
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with appetite to be actively involved in business development for the practice
- International in outlook together with confidence in building out a practice over time
- Could currently be based in Singapore or around region (HK, PRC etc)
