Nexus Legal are working with a top international corporate law firm in sourcing a junior to mid-level real estate/property lawyer to join their highly-regarded team in Hong Kong.
This role will afford you the opportunity to assist in the negotiation of joint ventures for the acquisition or development of property in the Asia Pacific region, with particular emphasis on Hong Kong, China, and Macau. You will also act for developers in building management matters, such as the obtainment of approval to deeds of mutual covenants and project sales. As part of a small,hands on team, you will have a clear training and development path and have great exposure to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-4 PQE,
- Hong Kong admitted,
- Possess a strong academic background,
- Local Hong Kong property and real estate experience,
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
