In-House Property Lawyer   4+ PQE   Hong Kong

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual to make the move in-house with this household corporation which is involved in a wide range of business activities to include the development of residential and commercial projects, transport, property leasing and management, advertising and international consultancy services. You will also assist in handling property related legal works outside Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Law or post-graduate legal qualification and have gained admission in the Hong Kong jurisdiction with a minimum of four (4) years’ post-qualification experience in handling legal documents relating to property development, leasing and management. Mandarin skills required.

It is essential that you have prior exposure to conveyancing and property Ordinance, residential properties (First-hand Sales) ordinance, building management ordinance, landlord and tenant (consolidation) ordinance, stamp duty ordinance, the procedures required to obtain approvals for deed of mutual covenants, pre-sale, consent to assign, negotiation, execution, stamping and registration of agreements, leases and licenses and acceptability of title deeds and documents.
