Singapore Big Four law firm Allen & Gledhill has launched a new consulting arm called Allen & Gledhill Regulatory & Compliance (AGRC).

AGRC will provide consultancy and advisory services on compliance, risk and regulatory obligations to both financial institutions and corporates. It aims to aid organisations in navigating through difficulties in local and international requirements, and establish effective systems and processes to safeguard against breaches.

Lawrence Low will be the CEO of AGRC. He previously spent two years as managing director of the Office of Regulatory Affairs at JPMorgan Chase; prior to which he was associate general counsel at JP Morgan. His prior employers include Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers.
