Dr. Saud Al-Ammari Law Firm, the Saudi Arabian alliance firm of Canada’s Blake, Cassels & Graydon, has hired Michael Quigley as a partner in its international corporate finance practice in Al-Khobar. Quigley joins from Clifford Chance.

With experience in the U.S, Europe and the MENA region, Quigley focuses his practice on development and financing of infrastructure projects including power, water, oil & gas and pipeline projects. He also has experience in LBO financings, and has advised on the largest IPP in Morocco to date.

Quigley’s arrival takes the number of partners at the Al-Khobar office to three, with the other two – Tim Sunar and Scott J. Burrell – splitting their time between two or more offices.
