Recently merged CMS has relocated partner Jeremie Witt from Dubai and appointed him the head of its three-member infrastructure, construction and energy (ICE) disputes team in Singapore.

Witt advises on contentious and non-contentious construction, energy and infrastructure matters. He has extensive experience with major standard forms of contract and regularly advises on all types of dispute resolution, specialising in international arbitration.

He joined the then-CMS Cameron McKenna in UAE as a legal director in 2014 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Two years later, he became a partner at the firm.

Witt has also worked with firms such as Clayton Utz, Bartley Cohen & Associates and Pinsent Masons.

Though he will relocate for his new role, Witt is expected to continue his Middle Eastern practice from Singapore.
