Indian law firm L&L Partners has hired Arjun Rajgopal as a partner in its corporate practice in Delhi from Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law).

Rajgopal focuses on private equity and venture capital, M&A, general corporate advisory and structuring. He has represented investors, entrepreneurs, acquirers and sellers and advised companies on both operational matters and strategy-oriented matters, including confidential board and shareholder-level disputes, white-collar crimes and pre-litigation strategy.

After starting his career at Nishith Desai Associates, Rajgopal was a principal associate at Khaitan & Co. He joined K Law in 2017.
