Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed back Dhruv Singhal as a partner in its corporate practice in Mumbai, from AZB & Partners.

A lawyer specialising in public M&A and listed company work. Singhal joined the legacy Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007, and left CAM for AZB in 2016.  His clientele includes companies in sectors such as healthcare, telecom, insurance, infrastructure, cement, manufacturing and others. Additionally, he is experienced in corporate restructuring, as well as undertaking overseas business trust listings of domestic assets.
