U.K. law firm Watson Farley & Williams has hired Kunal Kapoor as a partner in its energy practice in Singapore from Dentons Rodyk & Davidson, where he co-headed the international energy and infrastructure practice.

With experience in renewable energy, LNG, oil and gas, and transport infrastructure projects, Kapoor’s clients include oil majors, project developers, trading houses, funds, governments, and equity investors in the energy sector.

Kapoor joined Dentons Rodyk in 2017 from Ashurst. Prior to that, he worked at Ince.

With the addition of Kapoor, Watson Farley & Williams has ten partners in Singapore, including disputes lawyer Kimarie Cheang, who joined from Incisive Law in July last year.
