Benjamin Hirasawa, a former head of the Asia-Pacific hospitality practice at Clyde & Co., has launched a boutique firm with offices in Singapore and Bangkok.

BH2I, or Benjamin Hirasawa Hospitality International, will aim to service real estate, corporate and hospitality clients on foreign direct investments and other transactions, including private equity financings, joint ventures, cross-border M&A, and hotel, commercial and residential projects.

Apart from Hirasawa, the firm has four associates in the two cities.
