Jakarta law firm Roosdiono & Partners (R&P), a member of the ZICO Law network, has merged with the seven-member firm Kandar & Partners. The new firm will bear the name of Roosdiono & Partners.

Following the merger, Kandar’s founding partner Fadjar Widjaksana Kandar will join R&P as co-executive partner alongside Leoni Silitonga, and also head the firm’s projects and resources practice group. 

Meanwhile, Kandar partner Barryl Rolandi will join R&P's banking and finance practice group, which is led by Silitonga.

Established in 2013, Kandar & Partners specialises in banking and finance, energy, general corporate and foreign investments, M&A, natural resources and infrastructure. Fadjar Widjaksana Kandar previously worked with Soemadipradja & Taher, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Mochtar Karuwin Komar, while Rolandi worked in-house at a Japanese bank.
