Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has hired M&A and capital markets specialist Robson Lee as a partner in Singapore from Shook Lin & Bok. 

Lee has more than 20 years of experience, including in Singapore public company M&A, and advises companies on listing with the Singapore Stock Exchange.  He represents publicly listed companies on securities transactions, cross-border M&A and foreign joint ventures.  He also advises local and foreign companies in their fund raising and market flotations. 

“Robson is a highly respected corporate attorney with an enviable reputation in the Singapore market,” said Jai Pathak, partner in charge of Gibson Dunn’s Singapore office, in a statement. “With his background, experience and reputation, Robson will be a wonderful addition to our office and our Singapore transactions practice.”

 Lee’s arrival takes the total number of partners at Gibson Dunn’s Singapore office to six.
