Southeast Asian legal powerhouse Tilleke & Gibbins recently hired intellectual property (IP) enforcement and litigation specialists Loc Xuan Le and Duy Linh Mai from Vietnamese firm Pham & Associates at its Hanoi office. The recruitments are part of Tilleke & Gibbins’ attempt to bolster its IP practice in Vietnam.

Both Loc and Linh have extensive experience in handling enforcement and litigation matters. In fact, Loc has spent over eight years at Pham & Associates, where he regularly advised several international brands on IP law. He is fluent in Vietnamese, French and English, and joins Tilleke & Gibbins as an IP law attorney. Linh, meanwhile, has worked alongside Loc extensively, and handled enforcement matters.  He joins the firm as an associate.

The firm’s intellectual property team consists of over 45 qualified IP lawyers, in addition to 26 patent and trademark agents in Thailand and Vietnam. ALB
