People + Cultural Strategies has recruited former Fair Work Australia commissioner Greg Harrison as a consultant.

The workplace specialist firm has engaged the recently retired commissioner to assist in providing strategic advice to clients facing matters at the tribunal. “His insights into the tribunal after serving as a commissioner for so many years are highly valuable to corporate clients with matters that are in front of or likely to go in front of the tribunal,” said managing principal Joydeep Hor.  “He will also assist us by boosting our ability to provide mediation for our clients.”

PCS has experienced double digit growth in both revenue and staff in the past two years. As a result of this the firm is moving into new premises from the start of 2013. Hor said the move should have been done sooner, as the firm’s growth outstripped its previous location, and that he was confident the new premises will be outgrown before the lease expires.
