Recently merged entity SNR Denton has enticed Clifford Chance US chief operating officer Sally King to switch camps, taking up the role of global chief operating officer, effective from late October 2010.

SNR Denton officially launched its merged combination of legacy firms Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Denton Wilde Sapte on 30 Sept 2010.

In her newlycreated role, King will implement direct and manage the support structures and resources needed for the integration of the newly integrated firm.

King will divide her time between office locations in Singapore, Africa (12), Russia (5), the Middle East (10), Europe (4), UK (2) and America (14).

International law firm SNR Denton recently bolstered its Middle East corporate practice by poaching three Dewey & LeBoeuf lawyers for its energy, transport and infrastructure team.
